The process
Our project management team visits the site to assess existing conditions and confirm the scope of work. Where drawings exist, our team reviews the plans and prepares the scope and estimate from them.
You receive a written proposal covering price, schedule, scope of work and the project manager assigned to your job. Everything is agreed and documented before work begins.
Our crews work to the approved plan and to OSHA standards. Dust control and site access are managed throughout, and the schedule is maintained as committed.
We manage the handover from start to finish. Debris is hauled and disposed of properly, and the site is left clean and ready for the next trade.
